I stopped playing competitive sport years ago and missed the training sessions and friends you make along the way. Running alone on the beach wasn’t cutting it. This gym offers you a lot! By learning new skills, working out muscles I forgot I had, Super fun vibe! I really like that Spirio gives Heaps of feedback while your training. That way you continue to think on your feet and correct mistakes straight away. It’s for all levels and I’ve loved it so far. Highly recommend it.

The only top quality Muay Thai gym on the far north coast of NSW. Spiro and crew would have to be the best coach and trainers in Australia. Outstanding work effort from highly experienced fighters. I highly recommend Solace.

An excellent Gym. I've trained in Gyms throughout Australia and UK and this is right up there - a great facility with a great coach. We are very lucky to have this in Ballina.

hows the cry baby giving spiro 1 star.. this is the fight game not a cafe lunch.. what a bloody sook... i rate solace a 5 star. nice guy and definetly keeps the style traditional.

I am a new member of the gym and have really enjoyed my experience so far. Everyone has been very welcoming and the trainers are engaged, committed and invested in your progress and goal setting. When I was struggling at the beginning with learning technique, the trainer listened to my feedback and tailored the instructions to suit my learning style which was incredibly helpful! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great environment to train Muay Thai!

A person with very poor emotional and personal skills runs this gym!The owner is arrogante and I think he personally should be getting mental treatment for whatever he has instead of dealing with people who pays lots of money to attend his classes and it is shamed in front of everyone for being 5 min later. You should be ashamed of yourself Spiros!! Breaking the rules, running the gyn during Covid- 19 restrictions!!! You should be heavily fined for it!! Whoever reads it could get a good picture of this person who calls himself a coach! Good lucky Spiros, no everyone goes back home with your arrogance stuck on their throat. I have a voice.

Spiro really knows his stuff and his style of training has been great for my Muay Thai learning experience. He’s also extremely vigilant and conscientious when it comes to injury prevention and care. The whole crew is friendly and it’s a great supportive place to learn some new skills. Highly recommend!
