We have had quite a few wrong orders. Last night we went there specifically for a tropical whopper only to get home and not have any pineapple on it. They also didn't give us our sauces for nuggets. Check your order thoroughly before you leave.

Had a bit of a burger mix up but hungry jacks went above and beyond to fix their mistake and could not be more apologetic about the mix up. Super friendly staff and very happy with the outcome! Great work guys keep it up! See you again soon!

The worst run store. Where is management? Orders take forever and then missing items everytime. I feel for the young workers, who is in charge?Edited; nothing has changed. I avoid this place but kids begged for it. I regret it.

Visited around noon today. Am impressed with the friendly and accommodating service received by the young man serving coffees. He made my iced coffee exactly as requested.Service was slow - thus the 4 stars instead of 5 - but the staff aren't to blame. They were run off their feet. It was clear to me they were under staffed which I blame on management. Be fair - this franchise is popular and requires more people behind the counter. I applaud the staff present today doing their utmost who served with a smile despite the stress they must have been feeling.

Microwaved pancakes disappointing. I was expecting freshly cooked pancakes. Staff member was kind and informative.Tried the coffee but could be improved. Charging extra for almond milk..., hmmm should not happen when your a big business like Hungry Jacks.

I treat myself HJ’s occasionally and today was the day. Staff were very friendly, the Cafe was very clean and the behind the counter staff were extremely friendly. My lunch was the large BONELESS CHICKEN DEAL, just what I wanted. Thank you Hungry Jacks, Victor Harbor.

Really poor service. Staff didn’t know how to use coms machine properly and took over 15 mins in drive through with no one in front to get my food (1 burger meal) whilst the 5 cars behind me proceeded to receive their food.
