I have been practicing meditation for a long time and this place is the real deal. The facilitators are dedicated practitioners and the energy here is welcoming and healing. This little center is a true refuge.

Inner Light Meditation Centre
Alli and Mo provide amazing offerings to the community but also an invaluable space. Everytime I leave one of their class, I feel calm, rejuvenated, and I have clarity about my purpose and who I am.Just bathing in their energy and wisdom does absolute wonder to me. Since I've discovered that place a few months ago, I have been coming every week. It feels like home, it feels like family. <3
