Dnata handles all the missing bags in Sydney for Air Canada and others. After 10 days waiting to hear from Dnata , we went with our Canadian friends to the Sydney International Airport today. The Dnata office is behind McDonalds on the ground floor arrivals area . The manager showed us into the area holding all the Air Canada bags from the Dec 22 Christmas Snowstorm disaster. There were at least 70 bags there. They found theirs!!! . (our friends had filled in an incident report in Sydney when their bags did not arrive and had been told they would be waiting 45 days to hear from Air Canada. )Hope this helps someone!!
