Everything stated off well, there were some bumps along the road; but the real trouble started once they had received their final payment.Work was still not complete at the handover date, but worse than that they have failed to complete work paid for in the contract and now claim they can't do it and want to wash their hands of it.We signed a variation that stated Supply and install a maximum 400mm high timber retaining wall to rear boundary only. Price include gravel backfill and agg line".Once this was pointed out and we'd been lied to for 4 weeks that it was sitting with council to approve

This company is a joke and not the funny kind I’d definitely think twice before using them i signed contracts with them in January 2020For $440,000 buildOur plans finally went into council in September 2020 for an 10week wait then when it finally got approved they didn’t add the upgraded facade so it need to go back into council another 10 weeks.it was approved then the assessment team had questions about the drive way so it went back into council for you guessed it for another 10 weeks so we had a practical start date for September 2021 with a practical competition date for June 2022 now they didn’t start forming the slab until 2 weeks before Xmas then we slab was poured in January frame and roof went on in February then the house sat there untouched till July they blamed the weather but to find out they didn’t have or couldn’t get bricks for our house which turned up in mid June we tried many times ring email message oracle over these 4 months with no reply the bricks finally went on at the start of July with the tiling done days later we had a meeting with oracle on the 16/7/2022 they said completion would 18/8/2022 but since this meeting the house again hasn’t been touched for over 6 weeks again ring message Emil with no avail it is now the 22/8/2022 with no sign of completion and in the hands of department of fair trade we have mentioned this to Oracle as well but they still would not return any messages this has been heartbreaking to say the least with mortgage rates going up and rent also going up they are pushing us to the point of bankruptcy and they don’t care in the slightest so take my warning build with anyone else just not with these guys

Absolute Nightmare!Over the course of my build I had 4 different project managers, 3 of which I never spoke with as they were unreachable.Very slimy company. I sat down and mapped out the variations I wanted for my build 6 months before it began. They had a changeover of staff, all variations were disregarded, I was then told it would cost me $500 to have to plans redrawn with what I originally asked for. Eventually fought for the redraw to be done at no cost.I realised there was issues at the frame stage, was told to fix these issues would now cost upwards of $6000 for a variation I was told was free when drawing out plans. So now I have a window onto my alfresco instead of a door.... because that makes sense.I was never able to contact a project manager until the final month of the build and then he quit after only a month because of poor management the day I did my Primary inspection! After the Primary inspection I was told I could move in the following week. My Lender spent 3 weeks trying to contact Oracle to arrange an inspection to authorise the final payment. Oracle was 'having phone issues' which apparently affected their ability to respond to emails as well. I spent 7 weeks (7 WEEKS!!! WITH THE HOUSE BEING COMPLETE AND ME PAYING A FULL MORTAGE) trying to book a handover date but no one was ever available for literally an hour to give me the keys.I ended up just booking a moving truck and picking the keys up myself from the Toronto offices because I couldn't wait any longer. So, no hand over. I wasn't given any maintenance information or contact details.Since moving in the back yard has always been very wet even when it hadn’t been raining, this caused all the new grass to die. Upon inspection the water tank was empty when it should have been full. I have found the underground plumbing to have multiple cracks. (Which would be fine, I understand some things can get broken by other trades at a building site and go unnoticed) My issue is when I have gone to submit a warranty claim I have realised the contract plan was changed without me being told.In August I was forwarded a finalised site plan from Oracle saying please sign and forward this back to us as soon as possible as we can commence your build. Obviously being excited for my build to start I have signed this document and sent it right back.Only to now work out the site manager had made changes to the signed and agreed upon plan and moved the water take from the back of the house to the opposite side of the yard right next the alfresco. This also blocks a walk way from the side gate. Now that i question why this was moved and I wasn't consulted I just receive a signed finalised site plan stating I had been told. When in reality I was not told. I was just sent a plan. Not told there had been any changes, you would assume with your build you would be told if any changes were made. Well not with Oracle. My Backyard is currently a mud pit mess and guess who isn't returning calls and emails one again .. surprise, surprise . It's OracleI cannot put into words how stressful and horrible this experience has been. I feel completely exploited by this company, building your first home should be an exciting time. I have had nothing but a bad time. The stress of the past 12 months has taken 5 years off my life. I am 25 years old and was extremely excited to be building my first home by myself. Oracle made this the most traumatic year of my life.1 star would not recommend.Stay homeless with your sanity ✌

Thank You for making this experience a true disaster. I am tired of lies and excuses. Blaming the weather and claiming for additional days, when you are over the contracted time is unacceptable. Our build started last year July 2021, we are still waiting to move in as of 30 March 2022. Please let us know when you are going to complete our home or should I start seeking legal recourse.PS: Our property is the one in Huntlee, North Rothbury. The property that you have spectacularly failed to deliver. When are we expected to get our handover? Maybe you will be able to answer to Fair Trade or a Current Affair! I will be pursuing legal advice now. Oracle has failed delivered on every aspect. Numerous efforts to communicate and receive answers has been futile.

Dont use this builder. The quality of the build is not bad, which means 5 stars to the contractors, that is when they are actually contacted to go out. The management, administration team and our site supervisor are VERY unprofessional and unorganised. Their policies, system and processes are atrocious. Site supervisor is un reachable. They do not give any care to the client, dont strive to make your experience a happy one and add more stress then if you were to manage the build yourself. They do not give any updates, and when they finally do they are either wrong or they are just plain lies to get you off of their back. We had our PCI in Dec 2021, the house is just sitting there with minor defects and nothing is being done. We have also been waititng for our Occupancy Certificate since PCI, the bank is waitting for it for final payment. Its almost as if they are delaying the OC on purpose so we can't get handover. I have repeatedly sent emails to tell them that our lease runs out next week and cant be extended, and I have demanded to speak to senior management, however the request is ignored and they show no urgency to get us into our home. We are actually going to be homeless and our house is just sitting there waiting. How can they treat people like this? It is absolutley discusting.
