Hobsons Gate Medical Centre

It is very disappointing when you are in need of medical assistance and have to wait a minimum of 3 weeks to get it. Not only this but the receptionists have no bed side manners. It's sad that I have gotten to this point of leaving a practice I've been going to for years out of sheer frustration of not being helped & made to feel like an inconvenience.

I love the place and have been going there for 19 years. Only problem is getting an appointment to see your own Dr at short notice. By the time you can get in you will either have recovered or died!

Quality of care always great. But all the doctors have gone. Every time I phone only 2 doctors available. Always running late 60mins plus.Been with them for many years. Time for a change.

I've been cisiting this clinic for years. More recently their reception staff, particularly the young ones are exceptionally rude and inconsiderate. They speak back abruptly and their only answer to any question is do you wanna reschedule?". Three times in a row I've had to wait for more than 45 minutes past my appointment time."

If you are a mum, hesitant to trust your motherly instincts to take your little one to the doctor for fear of being made to feel like an over protective mother, don’t go see Dr Deirdre O’Shea.Didn’t even let me finish telling her all my concerns before saying in the most patronising manner “oh I know, motherhood is hard, I’ve been there” and dismissing my concerns to being no more then a sleep regression… which did not explain the concerns I had for my son.Not all parents go to the doctor just because of a rough night… none of my concerns were addressed or investigated.No more then a waste of my time.

We as a family have always been highly satisfied with the treatment we have received at Hobsons Gate Medical Centre.

Well done Kinross Medical Centre for employing a beautiful caring doctor. I have seen Dr Sarah twice now and both times I have felt very conforable with her. I also have to say the lady's at yout front desk are very welcoming and very helpful and friendly.

I have been with Kinross Medical centre for some years now and would highly recommend this surgery. From the time you enter the practice you are greeted by the lovely and very professional clerical staff who are always very welcoming. They are a very current practice and always keeping you informed about latest information, whether that be vocally or posters. All the Doctor's are all very approachable and feel you can ask them anything with no feeling of being rushed. Any further treatment you may require is dealt with outstandingly, from receiving treatments to more complex issues , like referring to physiotherapist, scans, etc. I would highly recommend this practice as your first port of call.

I am a patient of this clinic now for many years. I have had a free different doctors and they all been fantastic. My current doctor is Dr Najia Adnan she is a relatively new GP but handles all my visits with professionalism she is a doctor that actually listens to her patients.I hope she can remain my doctor for a very long time.

Very efficient service booking appointment and Kym is very thorough and popular!
