JMH Living Design

John was useless as a designer. Initially went to him to design a duplex for our plot however the LEP changed whilst in the process of duplex designs. We asked for his opinion if we could fit 3 townhouses on the site (822sqms). He promised us that he could design townhouses but he is totally incapable. Council sited many non conformances to his townhouse design and he kept charging us to fix them. Which he could never fix. Lost tens of thousands of dollars with this second rate designer. STEER CLEAR! TOTALLY INCOMPETENT!!is totally focused on self gain without consideration of the financial loss to the client. Had to pay him for duplex designs which were now obsolete. He promised us a reimbursement of those fees with the new townhouse design however that never eventuated instead charging us more than double for the new plans as well as charging us additional time for all his non conformances.In a pre da meeting with council for his townhouse design he sat back on his phone the whole time and gave no argument for the design showed complete apathy for the project.Please save your money steer clear from this designer is his not capable of anything that is more complex than a single home build
