NRMA Driving Training - Coffs Harbour

My very heavily pregnant partner signed up for drive school a month ago, did module one at the start of October and was supposed to do module 2 (the drive training segment) only a few days after. However, they post poned module 2 for two weeks. On the day of module 2, they called her just hours before the class was to start, telling her that she needed to be double vaccinated (something her doctors told her not to worry about as she was so far along). On a Saturday they demanded that she get a doctor's note and to call customer service (which is closed on a Saturday). Both of which aren't available within 3 hours on a Saturday morning.There was no prior emails or calls mentioning that students enrolled in drive school needed to be double vaccinated to proceed. For a course we spent well over a hundred dollars on, this is incredibly poor communication.This is disgusting business practice. I know the state has its rules, but you, as a business have the responsibility to relay what these specific rules mean for your customers.
