Make sure you check your receipt, honestly can’t tell you how many times I’ve had items scanned more than once , I keep going back because their produce is fresh but I always check the receipt!!

NOT ALL PRODUCTS ARS HALAL. Shop here with caution! A lot of the frozen meat products are not halal and are from other suppliers. I don't trust their fresh meat either since they show such disregard for stocking halal items

Worst service ever. Placing order and most of the time receive nothing, no matter it's a big or small order. When I ask if the delivery coming, they always answer that the driver is on the way, near to my place but then if I'm lucky enough, I will receive my order 3 days later when I don't need them anymore and have to buy them somewhere else.And the ladies on the phone, they are all so rude, we are customer but they answer us like we are begging for their favors.I'm sure I'm not the only one who experienced this from Poultry N More.

Worst customer service for small business, took them 3 days to get to me on a price for a product and still waiting on a forum to be sent to me. They also love a hand ball to another person saying he will call you and inform you with the information you need, why dont they know the info or even better give me a direct number to a rep that can help me. Just say you dont want my business im happy to find another supplier.

terrible experience, for business we ordered few times, driverman forgot to lock the door, this time, they forgot to delivery 2days. and must check your invoice well, even delivery 10kg marked 15kg. usuall happen. hope they change system asap.
