Dr Natasha is amazing with my endless line of animals from 2 dogs, 3 snakes, and a bird. I leave knowing my animals recived the best care and also the best treatment around town! Truly thank you!

They gave my kitten her second vaccine and didn't tell me she'd had a negative reaction to her first dose. She was in a lot of pain and it was very worrying. They also gave her some medication when she had her vaccine and didn't tell me what it was until I asked.When I switched vets they didn't send over her records, would only give some information over the phone.

Natasha, and the whole team for the matter, are wizards. We have had some pretty crook cats that she was able to nurse back to health almost overnight. Her attention to detail is incomparable. Accept no substitutes.

Empathy, patience, understanding, love, and care. Those are the words I can find to describe how amazing Natasha and the team were when my dog was attacked and I burst into through their door. Amazing people and amazing care. Won't go anywhere else. You shouldn't either. Go see them that are amazing.

On Tuesday 23/8/23 at 1:35 I called the vet regarding the matter of putting my dog down due to old age. The receptionist was very rude and showed no compassion regarding the matter. I understand that all people are not animal lovers but regarding a topic like this I expected some understanding to be shown. This is very disappointing and really must question the ethics shown at this vet.
