Good customer service for a small pharmacy in remote area. They were so helpful even I am not a local. All the staffs and pharmacist were very helpful.

Placed important script in and waited three days whilst weaning off other meds to be told oops I didn't see that give me another day".. Then given attitude when I was unhappy. Again given attitude when I rang to cancel my script with them and again when my partner went to retrieve my script and money as I had already paid to the point where the woman refused to serve my partner. That's all besides their high prices being a country town. Not happy and won't return"

We were on a short holiday last week from Sydney, and my little girl needing some help with the her bad hay fever. It was almost closing hours but the pharmacist in charged really helped me to get an anti-histamine for her. I was so thankful for her help. Amen
