I often buy Queen’s Vanilla extract and are always happy with their products. This time I decided to try their organic extract and was very disappointed. Has an overwhelming taste of alcohol with no vanilla flavour at all. I wrote the company over a month ago with no response. I now have to throw out $20 of brand new supposed “vanilla” in the bin!

I let them know that my nan, my mother & myself have all used their products for years & that their anniversary vanilla bottle was misshapen & leaking & they advised on how to try to fix it rather than offer to replace this $13 bottle. Kinda disappointed as they've had Years of loyal custom from my family.

Do not follow their advice on coloring candies, they are just trying to sell you a product that wasn't meant for this, since they don't carry the product you should use.

Be aware that Queen’s Smileys are not colour fast. I used 10 packets of these to decorate my grandson’s cake for his first birthday and within an hour the ink had run on the faces resulting in disappointment, tears and a ruined cake. I have attempted to contact Queen Fine Foods via their “contact us” feature to let them know about this fault, without success as submission fails, and then tried to communicate with them via Facebook which resulted in my post being deleted within 5 minutes of posting.P.S. on 28/1/2022 I emailed Queen, as they requested in their response to my review and, 2 weeks later I am yet to receive a response ….

Have requested information from the company in relation to Safety Data Sheets several times over the last 3 months. But the company does not reply.Customer service and Safety must not be an important part of this company
