After driving from Perth my car went into limp mode at Gateway. Through RACWA, Nat from the AANT came out and assessed the problem, liaised with RACWA finance, and organised a tow to a mechanic for me. Fantastic service. Thankyou Nat.

My Mercedes Benz Sprinter broke down 40klms from Elliott the RACQ arranged The Automobile Association of the Northern Territory to send Elliott Transport I signed a docket that I was told was for the tow it wasn't it indemnified Elliott Transport for liability to the van. We were taken to Midlands Caravan Park Elliott instead of going straight down the driver Bob turned right there is only one tree there that could cause damage and I said there is a tree here he replied it's okay then we had the only caravan in the park waving at us I said there waving at us, his reply I don't know why they are waving at us " it was then that we hit the tree ripping off the awning and doing major damage to the roof and side of the vehicle

We were stuck on the side of the highway with two flat tyres and a burnt out compressor. Johan came out got us mobile and followed us back into Alice Springs to make sure we were okay. We couldn’t have expected any better service, thank you.

A line of cars 25 cars long follows AANT vehicle 806. Driver sitting 15 to 20ks under the speed limit. Obviously not in a hurry as has nothing better to do or he is doing a slow speed on purpose. No wonder the fees are so high

We had a flat battery at 5.00am in the morning. Ricky came and replaced the battery very quickly. His customer service was excellent. Thank you Ricky.

Excellent service. I needed to wait for assistance however that is a reasonable expectation. They provided a tow when necessary. Polite, friendly service that kept me informed as needed.I would not be without my AANT membership.

The staff were very efficient and very warm towards the clients. I had my International Drivers License within minutes. Thank you for a job well done.

The best money I've spent for a longtime. In Adelaide and head gasket went on our vehicle couldn't be fixed for two weeks, needed to get back to Alice Springs. From my first contact with AANT I knew I was in good hands. Professional, understanding and listened and responded to all my questions, which I had many. This happened to my last call. We were on a plane in one day and the car is on a car trailer heading back home. It was just peace of mind, otherwise it would have been the biggest headache. I cannot thank Claudia enough you were my saviour. Also other women I spoke to on that day. Thank you all.

My dad borrowed my car to pick my wife and child up from the airport at 1:30am and our car broke down on the way. So he called AANT and found out that the car is not insured for roadside assist only the driver. Which is obviously different from other states but fair enough if that’s their ridiculous policy. So a rude customer service lady told me to sign up online, which I then did for my Dad and called back. Only to be met by another customer service person stating that I have to pay over the phone to get immediate roadside assistance. I agreed to do that even though I had already paid online, and the person put me on hold for five minutes (whilst he likely went to talk to his rude colleague) and then hung up on me. Poorest service ever, if there is an alternative in the NT then I will be using them instead.
