Big shoutout to Andrew from Herzog Steel in Fyshwick. They received an order I had made but with some parts missing. Andrew took it upon himself to contact the supplier and convince them to provide the rest of the order without additional supply charge, which they ultimately did. The rest of the staff is also very friendly and professional. Will not hesitate to do further business with Herzog in future.

I visited Hertzog on the spur of the moment to see if they could assist in making a garden idea I had seen. The gentleman at the counter was very helpful and patient. While I waited, any staff member seeing me, enquired if I was being helped. Every customer that they attended to was treated with politeness and courtesy. My finished item was perfect. Thank you for being so obliging.

Today I went to their office with a plan and I asked for a quote. They acted so unprofessionally and treated me so badly. Very unexperienced trades as they did not know the basic of the plan I gave them, nad they were not able to provide me with a quote due to lack of knowledge. Plus their customer service was so poor. If you want to be treated with unprofessional people with absolute no knowledge of what they do, Hezrog steel is there for you.

Visited Herzog Steel yesterday, the office staff excelled at unfriendliness and unhelpfulness. I was astounded at their disinterest. I used them 25 years ago when building my house, they were the same then, it will be another 25 years before I visit again.
