Yesterday I had my best retail experience, by a long shot!Initially I was unable to find an item I was looking to purchase in my size, at the Anaconda Cleveland store.I went to request help, & was met by the warm welcoming smiles of Megan & Elise. Their eagerness to assist with my enquiry was a breath of fresh air.The system was showing that there was 1 in-store, so I was very appreciative that they were able to do the searching for me, as I currently have a broken ankle & am moving around on a knee scooter.The conversation & banter was fun & light-hearted at the register so no surprises that I ended up purchasing another 2 items.I'm now well equipped for any cold weather with my TNF puffer jacket & 2 beanies!Keep up the great work, Megan & Elise 'Sunday Squad'

Perhaps you need to reassess how you can unload your trucks. Your trucks are stopping people from exiting Zaraffas. Cars were backed up today & could not exit. This is happening frequently.

After experiencing a few cold nights on the Southern Downs (minus 9 degrees) I decided to get some long johns.Got membership online, then went in store to purchase.The staff were helpfull and happy to help. Membership got me a good price. I am very happy with the service and my purchase.

Utterly woeful customer service. Queue of half a dozen people and the two staff at the counter are more interested in having a chat with every customer rather than getting people through the check out. Not the first time. Serve people first, chat later.Edit: down to two stars because I needed to be a member to get the rash shirt at the cheaper price. No problem with that, but I didn't have the time to become a member so ended up leaving without what I was there to get. Might have signed up if I hadn't just spent 10 minutes standing in the queue...

Great service. Returned a gazebo that did not hold up at our last camping trip and could not have been more helpful and efficient in swapping it over.
