Bread and rolls are always the freshest. Actually still warm when I buy them. Young girl who served me was so lovely and friendly. Made a good start to an early day being at 6.30am. Wish I took notice of her name

Very dissatisfied . I had purchased 2 items from the Helensvale store and was unfortunately busy on the phone and completely forgot to ask the girls to heat my purchase’s. I returned a couple of minutes later to ask if they could heat them for as I would have liked them warm . The girl behind the counter informed me that they don’t do this as I have already left the store. Will not be going there again. Such poor customer service. For 30 seconds my review would have been a 5 star now bitterly disappointed. There is no after service.

(Ordered on Menulog) Such lovely service and they promptly informed me when an item was unavailable which was much appreciated. I often visit in person but I needed delivery today and I wasn't disappointed.

Excellent customer service and eye for detail. They even wrapped my finger buns in paper before the paper bag so the curing Wasn't spilt never had that in the years I have been buying them from other bakers delight stores

Obviously had my invisible coat on standing patiently waiting to be served , l was the only person there , girl just ignored me , went out the back , had a chat , two popped out , gloved up ( boy did that take a while) and proceeded to sever that other person who just arrived, should of walked, ignorant and arrogance is very unnecessary , just rude poorly trained staff
