Johnnie is such a great guy! He was recommended to us by Maleny Manor and we couldn’t be more grateful. Our first meeting took place at a coffee shop which was a half way point for us both and we were grateful that Johnnie was happy to travel to meet us and on a Sunday nonetheless.Over Coffee and breakfast, we chatted about music and as it turned out we had a common interest in alot of music which was great, in fact I’m sure the meeting went for longer than it really needed to because we just ended up chatting about our favourite songs. All 3 of us genuinely love music, this was great because Johnnie got to know us and it was because of this that on the night of our wedding he knew exactly what to play for the dancing part of the evening, it genuinely felt like we had become friends and we had absolute faith that he was the right man for the job.Later in the process Johnnie requested another meeting just to make sure he had all the right versions of the music we requested, this time and again on a Sunday, Johnnie travelled to our home which was 30 minutes from him and went through the entire day musically with us. He even came back a few nights later with his lighting to show us what it would look like on the night. Johnnie also called our celebrant to organize sound and they worked together to make sure everything went smoothly.On the day of our wedding Johnnie was great, he met me in the carpark as I was arriving (this was really early for him to be there, he wanted to make sure everything was perfect) he asked me how I was feeling and gave me some advice on keeping calm and taking it all in. It was a very sweet moment actually. He made sure there was music playing as I was getting ready, he may have just been sound checking but it was very nice to have some music anyway. The whole plan for the music went off without a hitch, from the pre wedding music playlist we planned, to my walking down the aisle and our recessional song. The reception was where Johnnie shone, he provided excellent up lighting, great music, he even MC’d for us. We also had dancing on a cloud provided by Johnnie for our first song to make everything even more magical than it already was.If you are looking for a DJ Johnnie from DJ’s in your house has to be your first choice!!!

Amazing Dj service ! My niece got married in The Sunshine Coast earlier this year and she had John from DJs in your house not only play great music but he had the most impressive sound and light show I had ever experienced at a wedding. I love music and when john . was so quick to play my requests it just made our night so much more fun.. I think we probably drank a little less that night because of all the dancing

Johnnie was absolutely fabulous for our wedding, he provided beautiful up lighting and the music was exactly what we were after. Johnnie was also happy to take requests on the night which was great as it meant all of our guests were able to listen to their favourite songs. Could not recommend Johnnie more highly, we had such an amazing day and were so happy with everything!
