Chantel is a great teacher who knows her stuff, and I experienced a really good easy-going atmosphere overall. These guys have plenty of industry experience, and it shows in their great store of informative real life examples. Highly recommend AWDI if you are looking to do a security or first aid course, especially if you are like me and respond better to a less formal learning environment... I will be back for my refresher training, for sure!

Chantel is an excellent instructor with a wealth of experience. It was interesting to see the industry from the perspective of a female officer at the highest echelons of our industry.
