Mardi and the team at Therapia have been a wonderful asset for my clients and consequently for me. She is knowledgeable, empathetic, confidential, and able to take complex situations and make them more simple.The growing need for workplace wellness and mental health leaves us with a need to find providers who you can trust to do an outstanding job for the organisation as well as individuals who may be hurting. Mardi helps the organisation navigate this complex field while providing expert and caring services to the individual. I find that this is rare and quite valuable.It will become even more important in the future that all organisations have a trusted advisor in this area. Mardi is that for me!

Formed a partnership with my company LJ Hooker Kensington to promote Mental Health in the workplace where the team has access to therapy sessions. Feedback has been excellent. Very practical approach without the fluff.

A true life line to some of our team whose personal problems I am ill equipped to resolve myself. Several of my team now use Therapia's Workplace Wellness Programme. Although the service is totally confidential our employees want to share how positive and helpful their sessions have been which really took me by surprise. Our new recruits are also impressed when we outlined that we have a Pet Universe Workplace Wellness Programme that they or their family can access for just the cost of a nominal booking fee per session. This initiative really bolsters our position of being an employer of choice within our industry.

Don’t make our mistakes!We were after couples counselling through Therapia. As receptionist mentioned over the phone, the first session needed to be a long session (90 minutes) so that the counsellor (Mardi Kaye) can become familiar with our case but she had no plan for the session. After 30 minutes hearing our story, she referred us to an on-line program with 500 questions so she can get to know us. She absolutely had no plan for the first session but to convince us how good her referring online system is. The second half of the session was social conversation, whit no adding value.The cost associated with this program is up to $20,000 AUD !!!!!. If you need a counselling session, you have to buy a package (4 sessions), which cost you $1575. You can’t just get once off sessions as needed. If you require further sessions you have to purchase another package.The form I signed contained couples session pricing at $350. I was, however, charged for $385. When I asked for clarification, they said it was processing fee. Very unprofessional !!!!!Long story short, don’t make our mistake.
