Previously rated lower due to pre-authorisation of $15 when only spent around $6. Prompt response from owner to clarify which was good. However still have to wait for charge to complete before can access funds again which takes few days. Prob ok for bigger cars that might take longer to wash and costs that much anyway.

Edit: Please disregard my below rant. Bank statement showed being charged more than actuality. Thanks to James for getting back to me in regards to my sook. Please jump in and support this business and apologise when you’re wrong. Feeling like a blonkOriginal post: Do NOT Use your eftpos card here. They charged $15 for 5 minutes. Use only cash. What a rip off!!

The autowash stopped after the soap cycle. The owner James attended to my complaint immediately and professionally. My fee was refunded and my car was washed and polished by hand to remove any residue. I will be returning because of the great service provided to remedy the situation. Thankyou Pitstop!

I love washing my WRX Bugeye at this place....I come from Melbourne just to do so...sadly one of their wash bays spat the dummy early this morning...but not to worry the others were working perfectly. I particularly like the 'splatter wax' it certainly does what it says.... I highly recommend you support them.Mischa

Took my two dachshunds for a bath, $12 and there shampoo was empty or extremely diluted, the conditioner was the same the only thing that seemed to have soap was the flea and tick and the then the dryer was freezing cold air. I ended up drying them with a towel. Not happy

We tried the automatic car wash here. Had a little trouble activating it, the owner was courteous enough to help us out. The wash was thorough, no drying though. The vacuum pumps were strong and effective too.

Had fun washing my muddy black car here! Didn’t get wet either!A couple days after my car wash, someone came over to me when I was parked to compliment me on my beautiful car. Must have been the awesome car wash! Will definitely go back!
