Paul Raynor from Galactic Solutions was really helpful and he solved the Wi-Fi set-up I needed. He was able to come around same day after calling him and was also happy to answer any query's I had regarding the Wi-Fi setup. I would definitely recommend him.

After being left in the lurch by another local provider (who bumped our advance weekday booking hours before the job, after we'd already organised to be at home from work!), we contacted Galactic on the strength of other reviews. Aren't we glad we did?!? Although our issue ended up being straightforward, Paul was thoroughly professional, courteous and absolutely determined to find the cause of our 'fault'. He is incredibly customer focused and we will definitely be in touch with him again. Believe the reviews - give Paul and Galactic a ring to receive something other businesses forgot long ago: service!

Paul from Galactic Solutions has been fantastic to work with. I needed anti-virus software downloaded to my laptop to help protect my business and I sent a few emails to different companies (I am yet to hear back from any of them). I am so happy I found Paul, he got back to me straight away and I had the software the next day. He is professional, knowledgeable, very helpful and nothing is too much trouble. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
