Was very impressed with the entire process. The admin staff were friendly and very helpful. The tester was very professional, thorough and kind in her feedback. She also made my son and me feel at ease before the test. Thank you for making this nerve wrecking experience so positive.

The service at the counter was 5 stars, the hour and half wait seemed really too long for 5 minutes service. Yes they had all windows open plus a line at the door. If you can do something online go for it. I was unable.

The centre of Queensland's transport infrastructure administration is located in a wide-ranging park with nice connecting walkways inside a number of clearly alphabetically labelled buildings from the 1980s. If you like brutalist architecture this place is surely one to visit for you. A friendly cafe and the occasional Espresso truck make up the centre of the commons.

It's one of the best centers to give your driving exam. I had read many negative comments about giving your driving exam here, but my experience was one of the best. The young lady at the reception area welcomes everyone wonderfully. Also I would say all the examiners are very professional and kind with everyone. The driving examiner was so amazing, he made me very comfortable to drive. He explained how can I improve my driving more. All the driving examiners at Carseldine genuinely wish the best for everyone who comes for the test. They want to ensure that you follow the rules, drive correctly and safely. If you do that, you are sure to pass.There were many people who passed their driving test along with me.The examiners are not there to fail anyone on purpose, they are there to observe as to how you drive safely. If you do not drive safely or correctly, you should just practice more an attempt again. It feels horrible to fail, but it's better to correct your driving skills, rather than posting negative comments on the examiners who are doing their job.Was happy to see that the examiners present at Carseldine center are amazing and kind hearted people. They spoke to everyone taking the test with respect and kindness. Best center that I have experienced.

Great efficient service today when I needed a new registration. Top job by staff member whose name began with B. I appreciate the extra effort he put in to make my day.Could you ask someone to put a sign or maybe some paint on the road pointing out the hump in the road where you turn left and enter the carpark. I nearly left my transmission behind and I was only doing 10ks. Lots of grooves in the concrete so I'm sure I'm not the first.

I went for my p’s here last week. I believe the lady taking me for my test was Tracey. She was an absolute delight! The lady at the front counter was just as delightful. I’m not sure where these bad reviews are coming from. I think you get out of it, what you put in. I did pass but that’s only because of how hard I practiced. It doesn’t hurt to smile and make jokes with them, you’ll find they will do the same back, just a tip for if you’re nervous. Would recommend everyone to do their test here

I would recommend this testing centre to people wanting to take their test. I had my test today with a lovely assessor named Susan. Susan greeted me extremely nicely and instantly calmed my nerves. She started the test with a smile and made me feel a lot more confident in my driving. She was a great assessor and explained everything to me in great detail and what was expected. I am very happy with my service from Susan. The lady who helped renew my license and did the aftercare of the test was great as well. She was super helpful and was really nice!

A little bit confusing with all the updates to the road and entrance. Parking is also scattered about.I also saw and heard a number of people saying “It’s this way… oh wait no… this way..?” with paperwork in hand wanting backwards and forwards, which probably means more signage is needed for clarity.There’s some road directions which feel sort of like they are there specifically for testing new drivers also - which is fine but it does feel a little unnecessary for normal purposes.Otherwise… it’s TMR. It’s exactly as you would expect (service, long waits etc).

One of the worst experiences of my life! I went to renew my licence and waiting in the line up outside the building and once inside had to find a seat and keep waiting.two and a half hours of waiting and when it's finally my turn I'm at the counter for a grand total of 4 minutes. Do yourself a favour and pack a lunch and a change of clothes.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Quite pleasant waiting area. A lot of parking spaces are available for leaners and customers. It has two separate buildings to separate customers from learners drivers. So learners are waiting for the exam in a quite area
