The origional phone repair shop in newcastle. Been going here for years ever since i owned a 3350. Smashed my screen when i was on holidays, got it repaired in qld and the speaker stopped working. The guys at icu got it fixed in half an hour. Dont trust anyone else with your phone.....

Lets face it, its either a cold apple store OR ICU when it comes to mobile phone problems.Its great to know there is a place you can go to where the staff are both very knowledgeable and friendly. Its wonderful to just walk in and get to talk to a expert without waiting for your number to be called out. they are always my first choice whenever I have a mobile problem..

JUST CALLED TO GET A QUOTE ON REPAIR OR REPLACE MY DAUGHTERS PHONE. WAS GIVEN DIFFERENT SETS OF FIGURES THAT CONTRADICTED EACH OTHER AND WHEN I QUESTIONED THE FIGURES I WAS GIVEN NICK YELLED AT ME, ASKED ME IF I WAS AN IDIOT AND HUNG UP ON ME. THEN REFUSED TO ANSWER CALL WHEN I TRIED TO CALL BACK.THE WORST I HAVE EVER BEEN TREATED BY A COMPANY - LET ALONE BUSINESS I WAS TRYING TO GIVE BUSINESS TO.IN THE INDUSTRY I WORK IN THE WAY I WAS TREATED WOULD HAVE YOU FIRED ON THE SPOT AND PROBABLY TAKEN TO COURT
