Management is very approachable & easy to talk to, today was my first time visit. Vigilant about COVID testing & signing in,my opinion it was clean & well cared for.

My father Frederik was privileged to be able to stay at Ozcare Port Douglas. The staff are so very caring and easy to deal with. Nothing is too much for them. The food is nutritious and tasty and the residents get involved with the meal planning and outings. I could not think of a better place to have placed my dear father. *********** 10 Stars
