I can’t recommend them. They don’t like doing small repairs or low value repairs. I couldn’t even get them to answer the phone when they had my computer and when I got it back, they had done nothing with it.

10/10 service!! Not only was Brendan able to see my beloved Alienware immediately, he was extremely honest and thorough, providing all options with the pros and cons of each, as well as his professional recommendation, but ultimately gave me the choice. I gambled on the trickier option, and Brendan kept me updated constantly and genuinely cares about happy customers.My laptop came back in immaculate condition, working perfectly, and back sooner than anticipated! A really lovely bloke who goes the extra mile for no extra charge - cannot recommend highly enough and will definitely giving you all my future business!! Thanks champion!!
