Ordered a Makita LXT Metal cutting saw off these guys. Heard nothing for a couple of months and folllowed up. They had lost the order. Gave details again and was promised it would get done. Have heard nothing in 3 months. Ordered on line and had it in a week for the same price including shipping. May be nice guys but pretty incompetent from my experience.

Definitely thought it was worth mentioning that the service I receive from the team at Hervey Bay Trade Tools is always top notch. In particular from Ash. He is always a pleasure to deal with due to his honesty and huge knowledge of the products in store. I find Ash and the team to be patient and always courteous.
