We've just had a Daikin inverter high efficiency reverse cycle heat pump ducted air conditioning system installed in a single level 4 bed house and really could not fault the crew at Energy Shop Australia. From quoting (Richard) through install (Sam, Sonny and Nicole) we found the knowledge, service and attention to detail was right on the mark. Highly recommend.

I purchased a Weber Q 2200 and quite a few accessories from the Energy Shop last week. Anna was so helpful over the phone - gave great advice about some of the accessories I was interested in, and the advice was spot on. The pricing was awesome...better than online elsewhere. I was able to pick everything up from the store that afternoon - her husband waited for me before closing up. Great BBQ. Thanks!

We recently had a Daikin air conditioner installed by Energy Shop Australia. The installation was on the 3rd floor of a unit block, all equipment for the job needed to be carried up three flights of stairs, the service was outstanding and nothing was too much trouble.Initially there were a team of 4 people, the engineer, the foreman and two installers. All discussed the logistics of the installation and how the system would be mounted/centred on the internal wall. They looked at all options and were very happy to meet all our requirements.The two installers ‘Sunny and Nicole’ were extremely attentive to the detail required for the job, they were also very tidy cleaning up after the install and very careful with the furniture around the area of the install.I would highly recommend this team.Diane

We had a Daikin air conditioner installed and it was a great experience, the work was completed efficiently, the sales person, site manager and installers were very knowledgeable and did a neat and fast installation.

We have just had a Daikin air con unit installed. The customer service was relaxed but efficient. Quote was done easily and the team who installed (Sonny and Nicole) were great. No fuss, tidy, polite and they were very thorough with the job. I would recommend them to friends.

The Energy Shop serviced my Daikin air con with one days notice after Daikin and other companies advised a minimum 10 day wait time for an appointment. They were easy to catch on the phone, arrived on time and were knowledgeable and got the job done quickly. Friendly staff. I would definitely use them again if I have any issues with my air con unit. Reasonable prices comparable with other quotes.
