Absolutely disgusted in the food we just received! The chips were absolutely soaked in oil still, the potato cakes were not cooked enough and the fish was inedible. I don’t normally leave reviews but this food was putrid and for the price I paid for it ($68) I am extremely disappointed!! Definitely would not recommend this place!

The food is yummy, however we ordered $10 chips tonight, as well as 4x fish pieces, 1 large fish, dim sims and a hamburger, and we received all of that on top of our small pile of chips, which I would estimate to be less than a minimum amount of chips (that we have previously ordered). Unfortunately, value for money just isn’t there anymore.

Our experience with this takeaway shop has been a bit of a quality roller-coaster. They used to provide quite top quality food for a decent price but in recent months the prices have gone up and the quality has taken a nose dive. Food is often either Overcooked or undercooked, always soggy and I can confirm that I've seen with my own eyes that this store double dunks their food which is absolutely disgusting. We will NEVER be coming back to this store because the quality of their food is more often than not horribleI'll add that I recently updated this review because for some reason my original review, disappeared. So I want update it again and I will continue to do so until it stays.

Chips were good...two stars!The fish and the batter were terrible.Far too much raw batter on a miserable piece of Hake and the miniscule potato cakes. This was the second time we have ibought from Nick's and it will be the last.Might I also add, Nick's fish shop is very expensive for poor food.Fish, tatie cakes no stars.Disappointing!

Used to be good but have since had to look elsewhere. Chips can be soggy and it is a little pricy as f&c entities go.

For what I paid ($63.20) the burgers were disgusting, the 10$ chips looked like 2$ chips and tasted terrible, the steak sandwiches were dry and oily, the burgers were the same, the burgers with the lot had no pineapple. I wouldn't recommend this shop to my worst enemy.
