Feren is a great instructor & I love the small, intimate classes she provides! Being new to yoga, I’ve really enjoyed the welcoming environment at Downward Duck and never feel intimidated or overwhelmed.There are plenty of classes to choose from whether I feel like having a workout or just chilling out and I love that I can set my own pace no matter which one I’m in.

Feren & her team run a wonderful studio. Instructors & participants are all friendly & welcoming, a good timetable, small class size, reasonable prices and a clean comfy studio. I've had 4 different instructors and all took the time to hear out my 'special needs' & work with me. They also encourage a community feel with lots of social & charity events.

It is so wonderful to discover Downward Duck & co, a warm and welcoming studio. Very clean and well maintained. Small classes, comforting with a holistic approach. As a beginner it has been challenging, but Feren and her team are very supportive and helpful, always provide with possible options of adjustment or alternate postures. A one-stop shop, with many classes per week to choose both in studio and online. All the teachers are great, positive and highly attentive. Each class feels unique and refreshing, I really enjoy Yin sessions with music which gives body and mind a deep relaxation. I highly recommend trying Downward Duck & Co.

I feel so lucky to have found such a welcoming yoga studio! The classes are kept small for students to get the help and support that they need. All the instructors are so lovely and encouraging while not making students feel pressured to have to achieve certain yoga poses. Downward Duck is truly my safe and happy place and I look forward to every class, not only for the class itself but the conversations and connections I get to have with the instructors and other members. I can't thank everyone enough for making me feel so comfortable and welcome after moving from interstate. Downward Duck feels like more than just a studio for me, it feels like home. ❤

Ordered some equipment online from Downward Duck for home yoga/pilates during COVID-19. The gear is well made - studio quality - and eco-conscious. Delivery was fast (I received the goodies within 24 hours of ordering!) and communication was excellent. Thank you Feren!

I am so grateful to have been able to practice at Downward Duck with such lovely spirited souls!! The instructors are mindful to each and every body type and will modify their practice to fit your needs. I have felt nothing but positivity and a sense of peace after each and every class. Shaye is definitely my girl and never lets me down!! :)

I'm 3 months in at Downward Duck and have found all their instructors to be kind, clear and creative. Their reformer classes in particular are dynamic, fun and challenging and there is always a great vibe in such small classes. And especially considering class size and the quality of instructors, they are very reasonably priced. Leanne and Tage are building a safe and encouraging space for looking after yourself - it's a rare and beautiful thing.Also - puppy yoga was probably one of the best things I've ever done.

I attended the pups & poses class, the owners of the business made sure everybody had a puppy at one stage or another. Awesome class, easy for a beginner such as myself, super friendly staff.

My bestfriend and I, were lucky to participate in Pups and Yoga as it is always a sell out! I can’t thank Leanne and Tage enough for their warm welcoming. I travelled from a far, because who wouldn’t want to see beautiful puppies whilst enjoying yoga. The instructor was very helpful and always provided alternated positions for beginners. I really enjoyed this session as it gives your mind and body a deep relaxation. I highly recommend downward duck & co. Definitely will be returning!

I've been attending Reformer Pilates and Yoga class at Downward Duck and have been seeing all the benefits from the classes. Instructors are helpful, friendly and the studio is clean and spacious. The schedule is also great as there are weekend classes. Highly recommend to those who are looking for a Yoga/pilates studio .
