I have been attending Alex for remedial massage since 2021. Dealing with constant hip pain, Alex has been able to reset me each time and give continued support and tools on how to maintain my hip and the rest of my body. Very great knowledge and a breath of fresh air everytime attending.

Alexandria is the most intuitive, knowledgeable and caring manual therapist I have ever experienced. Her massages never fail to remedy the complaint as well as leave you feeling like you're on a cloud.Couldn't recommend her more!

I have been searching for remedial massage therapist like Alex for a while and am so grateful to have found her! She is very thorough and professional to tailor the treatment to exactly what you need, whilst facilitating a nurturing space to connect to your body. She provides a holistic treatment and offers guidance to help connect to your body in a deep way, my body feels much more free and balanced after each session. I would not go anywhere else!
