Woolworths Noranda

Today I was refused service at this store because my credit card required a signature on the receipt with my purchase…. I was told by the manager that “we don’t accept signatures”.This is standard practice with some cards and I’ve never had an issue at any store with this before; the Coles located right next door accepted my card and signature with no issues at all.So what kind of backwards policy is this? Does this store not sell pens and paper?Absolutely ridiculous…. Try hiring managers with more than one brain cell

Guy woolworth staff at the vegetable selection nearly ran over my kids with the folk lift and proceeds to aggressively grab all the vegetables right next to me while I'm picking my vegetables.Worse customer service experience.

Shopping after work can avoid the crowd........

I normally have a good experience shopping at Woolies at Noranda but today I was stalked by an indigenous woman, she looked to be in her 30's, tall, well dressed and groomed, nothing to make her stand out.She kept going past me, then would turn a few metres along, and come back past again. This occurred on a number of occasions in a few different isles. She had no trolley and even though she had been through over half the shop, she had no items in her hands.In the stationary isle, I had stopped to look at the pens, she walked past, turned and came back, suddenly I heard something drop on the floor behind me, I was nowhere near the shelf, she had thrown a packet on the floor, creating a diversion, the isle was devoid of other customers.My natural instinct was to pick the fallen packet up and had positioned my trolley so that I could hold the thick canvas bag in my trolley, that contained my purse and the side of the trolley, I decided the risk was too great and chose to walk casually to the front of the store to inform an employee, who informed a manager.He followed me as I went back to the isle and I was able to point her out, she noticed me directing the manager's attention in her direction. I believe she left the store, empty handed, soon after.I am posting this to warn other ppl on what her tactics were, I don't believe she knew I had been watching her the whole time, I have excellent peripheral vision and am particularly aware of my surroundings, even more so, since a spinal cord injury in July 2021 makes it harder for me to get around, I certainly wouldn't have been able to chase her down. I just hope, because she's been identified, that she won't be back.

Had to stand in a queue for about 10 Minutes to get access to the store to buy toilet rolls, during the seniors hour. Apparently it was a lot more orderly today than yesterday

This morning I went to do my shopping at Woolworths Noranda as usual because I do live close by.This is the second time to happen with me where they charged me more than what I supposed to be charged.I really feel sick of the customer service they’ve got there.I hope if they can improve their customer service in the future.
