1 Seam Alterations

Have been coming here for years and years.Had a hook put on my pants which came off after my second time wearing the pants. Yes, I did have them fixed about 3 months ago, but they aren't pants I wear every day. I only wore them twice and the hook was off.The owner was so very rude and refused to fix a tiny hook, after years of business ( not just me - my whole family came here).Clearly, they do not care about customer service and are happy to lose a long-term customer as well as all the people I will tell.Soooo rude and blunt. Never again.

My fiance had an emergency where he had to get some last minute tailoring two days before our wedding. We went to 1 Seam Alterations and couldn't have picked a better place to go to! The staff were accommodating and they were happy to hear us out. They told us they would help us out and the prices were decent for something so last minute. Usually alterations would increase their prices for these situations. We got a text from them the same day to say that it was all done! How quick is that! They really delivered and we are definitely happy that we chose the right place. Would come back again!

The customer service here was great. Nice and polite.I had to get my expensive pair of jeans fixed cause the original hole when bought got bigger.I didn't want to give it to any tailor to fix the hole until I was certain after reading reviews.I was glad I brought it here. They did a fantastic job.

I have to say Sam the owner was so helpful and not only he did the last minute job with perfection, he kept me updated with the work and also called me when it was ready. I highly recommend Seam Alterations. Very humble sraff and outstanding quality work.

COMPLETE RIP OFF AND UNPROFESSIONAL!I sent my mother to get something embroidered and they charged her $40 for 14 letters to be embroidered on a piece of black fabric. Simple easy job. When my mother told me how much they charged I was shocked as I have used their service many times and have never paid near that price.The next day we called and asked for pricing on the exact same embroidery and we were quoted $25. When we asked why we were charged $40 the day before the lady buckled and quickly started to act like she couldn’t speak English and then hung up on us.

Went there to get pants shortening pick them up. Pants were all stained. Pants did not get shorten and the guy who I pick them up for so rude. I didn’t want to be there

Cannot recommend enough!!If you’re looking for an urgent job or want a high quality job…look no further.1 seam has saved us so many times and can always do an amazing job.I’ve never had a problem or issue and the owner and team are always wonderful to talk to!Hands down the best alteration place you can go!!!

DO NOT use this service. Poor alterations! And disgusting service! I had a myer dress altered. When I went to pick it up 5 days later it was handed to me in a small, white plastic bag. When I took out my dress to check, it was just thrown in there and all wrinkled!! I asked the staff why it wasn't hung up on a hanger and she told me that I didn't provide her with one?? I told her if someone had told me this I would of had no problems providing them with one, but my dress has been returned to me in worse condition than i left it. A brand new dress still with the tags on is all wrinkled!!!. Common sense would be to hanger peoples belongings. So I took my dress home.THE NEXT DAY the OWNER rang me and told me not to return back to their shop as I was screaming at his staff which is completly false!!! I had done nothing but state the facts that they had returned my dress all wrinkled and rightfully so. I asked him if I should go back for him to see the dress and how badly wrinkled and treated it was. But he declined. I had to pay another $40 for my dress to be dry cleaned and the alteration started coming UNDONE half way through the night. I would have never gone back regardless.

Had my work uniforms done here, the gentleman at the counter was very friendly and easy to deal with. Quality of their work is impeccable. Thank you for your services. They also did an amazing emergency job with my good friend's wedding suit. He looked very handsome thanks to 1 Seam Alterations.
