I just went to the see this humanitarian organisation yesterday. I have no idea how to start this with but, because I got referred by hospital, I am not sure how I was referred and the background story that got delivered to them. No idea what’s going in someone’s life. I came for my Visa Issues that also be one of things that the trigger of my depression during three years (postpartum). However, the person I went to see, seem to conclude the Visa issues without a background check up on why this person was referred to us from hospital? Or why it’s all ended up that way?Hubby and I, We were applying for my spouse Visa in 2019, and been waiting for almost 3 years for the respond, no one come to make sure we are still alive and living a good life or not? We are dipping in a deep water and die or not? We are surviving from our own depression and supporting each other through our rough time, having babies for three years, with no supports, having major depression from previous works and pregnancy, also having so much going on in daily life with work to support each other in Australia. JUST because we were applying through IMMIAccount, and not providing certain documents, they refused my VISA while we’re still together and battling our hardships. Please note it: no body ever come to physically check at home, no phone calls to communicate with us, and no letter to request anything to provide from us. We only do what we can do through the IMMIAccount as civilians.By coming to this organisation, and get such pessimistic respond without knowing the details of what’s happening during certain period of time, also listening to A VERY PESSIMISTIC person that call herself an advisor? I cried hard that we came to a wrong place. This is really messy that you also don’t know how to ask details to understand fully what’s going on in their life. Maybe just by judging they way they look from outside, they’re totally fine, by mentally and psychologically they’re not. They’re parents that’s why they have to pretend they’re Ok. We are sick and asking for help. But don’t get it at all. Instead, only very PESSIMISTIC respond/advise, by not even seeing we really need help at the moment.BUT thank you. At least we know, everything happens for reasons. That there are people working for themselves only, not really for people, even they’re in the organisation to bless others that’s in deep need. Life is only once, whoever you’re that has been trusted over someone’s life, please make sure make use of it to turn death to life, not executing someone’s last breath to a death sentence.

Hi during my tenancy crisis I was reaching out for help to improve my living circumstance and was put through to one of your advocates that offered me no help at all. I am now finally out of that living arrangement and in much better living conditions.

You can consider yourself very lucky if you manage to get/receive advice support from this entity.So far I've been seeking their advice/support from Circle Green for about a year, several emails, visits, calls, etc. Nothing has worked yet.I hope one day I can manage to be heard.

Dont help anyone , refuse to take on homeswest. Should have known when the first question is what gender do you identify as?" Go woke go broke. Remove government funding asap from this virtue signalling organisation for there is a massive conflict of intrest which is that they recieve government funding so wont take on the people who fund them(department of Housing ). Discriminate against a migrant with mental health Disgraceful!!"

I don't have enough words to express how grateful I am to Stuart at Circle Green. During one of the most challenging times in my life I really and truly could not have done without him. He quelled my anxiety with his thorough knowledge of the law surrounding our situation and communicated in a succinct and easy to understand manner. He was supportive and endlessly patient when I most likely asked the same question over and over again. He followed up after we had been to court which was really touching. Looking back, without his advice we would have been totally lost and made decisions that would have made our lives incredibly difficult. After being referred by FairWork, all I encountered was professional advice. If anything they also contacted me to advise that they could contact me a week earlier. I had a few questions and the representative took a few minutes to get back to me with the proper advice. Don't know why they've been getting negative reviews but definitely worth the time and effort.

My mother had been patiently waiting for six months to secure an appointment with Circle Green. She made frequent visits to their office in an attempt to expedite the process. Unfortunately, my mother suffers from severe depression, and we had relied on Circle Green's assurance that they would assist us in applying for a visa for me to come to Australia. Today, however, when we finally received an appointment, Circle Green informed us that they couldn't proceed with our application because I am over 18 years old. It would have been much more helpful if they had informed us of this limitation six months ago when we initially sought their assistance. We are disappointed with their handling of the situation.Furthermore, our experience with their lawyer was extremely unpleasant. The lawyer displayed rudeness and made inappropriate, discriminatory remarks regarding age. Such attitudes and remarks do not align with the values of Australia. I advise anyone seeking advice in similar situations to consider alternative options, as our encounter with Circle Green left us disheartened. It is important to note that their focus seems to be more on assisting white Ukrainian refugees rather than individuals of other races. This raises concerns of discrimination within the organization.

Had the support form circle green after Fair Work referred us. Professional and superb advice. Kept in contact with us throughout our process and helped us draft a letter of demand. Not the ending we hoped but circle green did everything possible for us. A free service that does a lot of good. Big shout out to junior lawyer Daniel who was brilliant throughout.

Great service if you get referrals from legal aid community services regards to the visa issues

Excellent service. Only a $40 fee (which can be waived for those who meet the criteria) and was patient and extremely helpful with the advice given. I went to defend my case with the advice given and won my case with no effort. Excellent service.
