I have recently brought my parents to Grace Dental Care and have discovered the difference between good and bad dental care. At our previous dentist they would always rush to complete the treatment (cutting corners), but at Grace Dental care we have received excellent service and treatment. It actually feels like the dentist cares about treating our teeth, rather than just taking our money. Highly recommended.

The WORST dentist I've ever been to. Simply would not recommend. I took my mother here, and the dentist treated my mum SO bad. The dentist acted very stuck up like she is better than anyone, and treated my mum like she is a 'lower class'. We were very offended and dissapointed by the dentist's behaviour. Customer service from her was just terrible, and her choice of words, tone of voice, and facial expression while communicating was disgusting.

Grace is a fantastic dentist. Grace and her staff are very friendly and welcoming. They are non-judgemental (I hadnt been to the dentist for quite some time) and they offer true value for money. Grace gave me a quote prior to undertaking any treatment so I knew upfront what I was in for, rather than that nasty surprise at the end. They have a camera system which shows on a screen in front of you, so Grace can clearly show you what is required and what she needs to do. No one likes going to the dentist, but this practise has made it as comfortable as possible, with a TV on the roof to distract you from your mouth. They have a great selection of DVDs to pick, and you wear headphones, which you control the volume of so you dont have to listen to that awful drilling sound. Everything was thoroughly explained to me, and in a very kind and professional manner - there was no pushyness whatsoever. All in all, the best experience I have had from a dentist and I would highly recommend to all family and friends, including my children.

The staff at Grace Dental were fantastic. I had my wisdom tooth taken out by Jess who put me at ease and was patient with me as I was feeling a little nervous.
