Very unhelpful with loading times and forklifts, the people are very rude. Don't bother using them

I just wanted to leave feedback , A few times that i bought have found they sell quite a few broken ,damaged items and dont inc in the description the condition . They dont test anything they basically sell whatever they are given and will not help if you bought there rubbish .So if you have returns under warranty or broken items you need to sell contact them.

I bid for a computer monitor and won the bid. The transaction was very smooth and next day I picked up my item within 5 minutes of going at the pickup location.The item was very clean and perfectly working.

The best service I’ve had from an auction house. Both Amanda and Dianne were amazing.Would recommend these guys any day.

Great Auction house, professional and very accommodating, being a night shift worker. The had staff at the front for buyers to give their invoice and pick up items at the location. They also helped load some of the items. Would recommend buying through them and trying them out. The key is to communicate, the front of office are always happy to help and keep you informed about you items if you let them know.Happy with the service and the items were as they had advertised.

The auctioneers are terrific but everything else fails. Arrive at least an hour early or there is no parking. Registration is very inefficient - allow 20 min in the que. Collection of items is supervised by the most infuriatingly disinterested kid I have ever encountered. He is capable of one buyer at a time, taking about 10 min per buyer - all while drinking a coffee.The sausage sale and coffee van out the front are really good too actually, and about all that would bring me back. That kid has got to go back to Special School.

What a FRAUD their online auctions are. I bid on an item as part of the online auction with a running down timer that said the auction was ENDING at 11:00am. Two minutes before the auction was due to end, I was the highest bidder and so, naturally, excited. The timer ran down. It clicked over to 11:00am. Suddenly, 2 further minutes were added to auction – and another, higher, bid. So, perhaps stupidly, I bid again. I was the highest bid again. Waited for the 2 extra minutes to expire… and ANOTHER 2 minutes were added to the auction clock – and another bid. At 11:06am – six full minutes after the auction was supposed to end the auction was till going – I gave up bidding and realised that this was nothing but a scam. My advice: stay away from these guys! They look legit, but the way they run an online auction reeks of deception and questionable behaviour.

Have bought things in the past from these guys and it’s been okay. Today though, I turned up to collect my item, and it wasn’t there. I was in the last few items to pick up, made contact with them on the weekend and arranged I’d get there Monday morning specifically for my item. They said they think someone else took it. It all seemed pretty fishy to me. Anyway they offered me a refund and sent me on my way. I’m not happy. I’ve wasted my time and effort only to be sent away empty handed and then down in $$$ on time, fuel and road tolls getting there.

Not as described false advertisement regarding vehicles for auction.traveled 400 ks to find out vehicle was a two wheel drive and it was a advertised as 4x4.we also brought other items and most of the lots were missing items.no wonder as people were milling about and putting items on pallets with no staff watching.very poorly organisation.be warned.

I think after buying from Auctions for decades that Lockwood Actions are head and shoulders above the others. They are honest people and helpful in anyway possible not common in today’s world. Max Gillard Colac Victoria
