Lovely walking and playground area...sadly cafe shut...hope reopens again...It helps to see lovely spot to praise God for as it soothes the soul to be out in his creation

Strongly recommend if you do buy here go where the development is finished. It's a living nightmare being next to the new construction. We don't even get a break on a public holiday. Once you are sold your overpriced block there is no regard for you as a resident.

We've been living here for a couple of years now. It has felt like we live on a construction site. Constant noise from the development. At one point, the house was shaking from the heavy compacting machines. Our dishes were actually clanking in the kitchen cupboards. The roads are constantly dirty from the trucks. Contractors constantly driving on our driveways to do uturns, tracking dirt and damaging drainage pipes. While it is expected that there will be some noise in an active development, this is next level. There is no regard for the wellbeing of the residents. I'm sitting here right now on anzac day, inside my house which has double glazing and can usually filter a lot of noise, and all I can hear is the rumbling and the beeping of very heavy machinery. it is maddening.

Surrounded by beautiful display homes. Very friendly staff even though we were just browsing. Lovely lake in front and excellent cafe right next door.

A great housing estate. Beautifully though out Parklands and walkways. Convenient and tasteful. Quality builders are constructing stunning homes over the next year, get in before it's too late.
