We had breakfast and lunch at the cafe. Coffee is always better at this place. The ambience is very warm and welcoming. The food is always deliciously prepared, meticulously plated and substantial. I highly recommend this place.

Had a lovely breakfast with a friend last week. Super friendly staff. Coffee was spot on. Breakfast was tasty, good quality and great value. Would recommend you try this place.

A cute little cafe. Staff are welcoming and friendly. Food was absolutely delicious! I had the potati rosti eggs benny with a side of bacon. The rosti and eggs were cooked perfectly and so much flavour.The cafe had books on every table which is a great idea for people who want to laze back with a coffee. Will definitely come back soon!

Mantecado is our go to place in Black Rock. The team there really look after you well and cannot do enough for you. The coffee is without doubt the best in the village and the menu and food quality is amazing.Also they have a hidden courtyard at the rear of the cafe which is fabulous for a sunny day.Give the Mantecado's a try you won't regret it.

recently stumbled across this wonderful place and really glad we did! the food was phenomenal with unique twists on traditional dishes (like the burrito bowl), it was reasonably priced, the interior of the place was nicely designed and spacious with indoor and outdoor options, and the staff were very lovely! highly recommend :)

My boyfriend and I enjoy our staple orders—ube pancakes and bagel bacon benny! Staff are always accommodating both for dine in and takeaway. Coffee is great too!

Visited during the week for lunch. Service was quick and friendly. The tumeric latte was awesome and the food was good. Not a lot of space to park a pram but we made it work. It's a small venue, so I would just be mindful that it may not be accommodating for groups bigger than 6-8 inside on a wet day (like when we visited) The overall atmosphere was lovely. Parking is available on the street and timed or in a parking lot on the opposite side of the road.
