Chemist Warehouse Parabanks SC Salisbury

The rudest staff amongst any chemist warehouse I have visited. Not only are the stuff rude the store is a tip. And good luck trying to get down any isles that are full of boxes and other junk. If you have mobility issues access is impossible.There was a fairly large queue and only one girl behind the counter serving, another worker was just standing there at the checkout pretending to tidy, surely she could have got behind the register. Even the security guy was rude. Absolutely hate this store. Only go here at absolute last resort

Very small pharmacy with little walking space and accessibility, but my issue is that this is by far the worst service I have received at Chemist Warehouse or any pharmacy. The staff and management here don't care about helping customers or providing service that is nice or pleasant.

Incredibly rude staff! They treated me like I was stupid and it was imposible to reason with them. Both a young blonde lady with glasses and an older lady I think named Claire.I was trying to show them that a serum I had purchased the day before was very cloudy, which is definitely not normal for this product, and I was asking if they could change it for one that was in normal condition.They immediately took a defensive position and started saying it was normal because the serum was in a blue bottle. I asked to compare it with another bottle and when they did they said that indeed it was cloudy, so they reluctantly and in a very rude manner agreed to gave me that bottle. When I grabbed it I noticed it had expired on 01/2023 so I asked if I could get a reimbursement instead, but that cause them to be even more defensive and told me that they don’t do that and then send me off to see the manager of the store located in front.I didn’t say anything else because I could tell they were not there to help me but to fight me, I thank them and went to the other store.I went to the other store and from the minute I walked in it was a different environment, everyone was very helpful. They took out a few bottles of the product and noticed mine was very cloudy and yellow so they agree to change it.I will not be returning to Chemist Warehouse after this…

Young blonde girl with glasses is really rude, lack of respect shown by her as she doesn't care about the customer and good service.Some of the staff at the window where you drop prescriptions and collect medications are fairly friendly but the blonde girl let's down the team.If I see any other rude staff I might update the review, but thanks to the good staff.

The worst experience I had at a chemist warehouse. The staff were very rude. I was looking for help and the staff on floor just ignored me. The security guy looked very intimidating and made very uncomfortable staring at me as I was checking things. Made my shopping very uncomfortable and i ended up leaving without buying anything. Worst chemist warehouse experience ever!!

I purchased a Vicks $70 infrared thermometer, I refused a receipt at the time because the girl who served me was coughing and wiping her nose and did not sanitise her hands before serving and I am immunocompromised so I took the chance so I didn't catch anything.The thermometer is inaccurate and gives widely diverse readings (was tested by doing repeated readings one after another and all where different )I came to return the thermometer some days later to be told I could not do so if I didn't have a receipt, even though I had proof of purchase on my bank statement.So now I'm stuck with a faulty $70 thermometer,am not happy.Store: Parabanks, Salisbury,SA

I was apporoched by a workder by the name of Sema Mohammadi. very rude and did not help me with what i needed. Im disappointed that your store is letting kids like this work in it.

If you want to be accused of talking up their ugly staff. Then go here. The rudest most disgusting group of staff. The old lady with smokers voice has no respect and gives serious accusations. She walks by my store sticking up the rude finger, recording myself and my staff which is illegal and also my apprentices are underage. I have tried on two different occasions to give a complaint on chemist warehouse online but no response hence why I am writing a review. This is disgusting behavior.

What an absolute joke this store is.husband needed blood testing strip's for his diabetes, not on script just over the counter and told had to wait an hour and a half.thus store and it's staff are a complete joke.avoid this store where possible they lack any customer service. Sadly had to give 1 star don't even deserve that

Awful staff they don't know the laws of the customer is always right" and "if a price is advertised cheaper you get it cheaper"The staff always leave tickets up for sales weeks after and then go oh we can't give it to you cheaper
