Just went to this office and someone should tell them it is called SERVICE nsw!! Met at the door by a very surly staff member who seems to think she is better than everyone else. Whilst the staff member who looked after us was friendly and helpful her boss kept frowning at us. Very frustrating when people think they are better than anyone else.

My husband, Richard & I went there yesterday to complete a change of ownership for the car we bought.What a great team of TWO ladies keeping everybody happy.Wonderful service. Great organising. Around 17 people at one time.The ladies individually approached each customer to see if they could expediate their visit.These two ladies are what service & professionalism is all about.Well done.
