From our first meeting, all the way through to after the Service, the team were always available to answer questions or provide support. Maree was lovely; the right mix of professionalism and empathy, and so available.The funeral chapel at Subiaco was the perfect place for mum’s funeral. I wanted something that felt intimate and welcoming,and it delivered. Friends commented on how nice the decor was and that the room had a lovely feel.Family and friends came away feeling that mum would have been really happy with her Service,and that was what I wanted as my farewell gift to her.I highly recommend Purslowe and Chippers.

If I could give half a star I would. Unprofessional and incompetent. They made a distressing time even worse. In particular: failed to book requested chapel, failed to confirm receipt of dad’s body 9 days prior -delaying burial, spelling mistakes on funeral booklet, changed funeral procession route day before funeral, failed to lodge application for death certificate, failed to apologise for any of the above until it was raised with them. The final insult was request for payment of full account within 6 days of funeral.

Highly recommend Maree Friebe. She did a wonderful send off for my mother yesterday. My family was appreciative of the hard work given to this emotional, yet special day.

I highly recommend the people at Chipper funerals, Stephen Kum specifically was exceptional. It has taken me a year to get to this review, but our memory of the funeral service is unchanged. At a time when decisions are hard and finding the right people to help seems even harder, we were very lucky to find them. Can't recommend their service highly enough. Glad we didn't go to the first company spoken to and surprisingly recommended. Thank you Stephen.

We have just finalised the arrangements for my mother’s funeral with Chippers in Subiaco. The difference from when my father passed away was massive. Same funeral company, but totally different experience. Brian Ainsworth was professional, considerate, empathetic and a delight to do business with.
