Great service, product and price. Will shop here again. Bought a pair of Carter black boots with Tritech (endorsed by the Physiotherapy Association) for standing long hours and transporting equipment as a DJ. Thanks guys.

Went there because I needed something comfortable to wear for everyday that wasn’t trainers.The staff were really nice and helpful without being over the top.Shoes at Hush Puppies come in standard C width for women which is one width size bigger than your average shoe shop.Bought some nice slides with a bit of a heel. Easy to wear and gentle to feet. I’m happy and will be back!

I recently bought 3 pairs of shoes at this store because I love the brand. The helpfulness of the staff and the knowledgeable, accommodating and courteous service they provided just blew my mind. They really make an effort and it works: I seldom have such a positive shopping experience in Sydney. Bravo!

Once good shoe brand are now very poor quality. The 'leather' on the shoe is falling apart after only a few times wearing the shoe. Not good enough. Customer service was totally unhelpful when I approached them.

Great store with lovely customer service. The manager is a true stand out and is always friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and works well under pressure like times when the store is really busy with customers. Never felt pressured to buy and manager gives great recommendations based on my preferences.

I love these shoes for work. I have “the block heel” and “the low square”. I wear them 5 days a week and they’re so low key and comfortable. Thank you for creating these shoes!

Hush puppies made my day as always, I walked into the store and was looking at the shoes but the shoe I wanted wasn't in my size. The staff were very kind and helped me order in the size I needed from another branch in Sydney. The atmosphere is very good and I am happy hush puppies has added bins you can put your old leather shoes into to recycle! 10/10

Luna is so helpful. She's probably the happiest human being in westfield burwood.She responded my call so friendly and kept a couple of pairs of shoes for me and let me try several different sizes at store. Great customer service, thank you!
