Synergy Solar & Electrical

Just had my Solar system installed by the good folks at Synergy.Nathan was an absolute star. Sam and Bryant did a good job.Prompt replies to any question and no holding the line for ages to talk to anyone.Now to monitor and see how the system performs over time.

I am so happy that I made a correct decison to select Synergy Solar to install 6.6kw solar panels on my roof. The whole process was so smooth, efficient and well priced. The most important is their electrician/installer is professional and very experienced.

I had an excellent experience with Synergy Solar. From the pre-sale with Nathan all the way through to the installation. The system is working really well. After few days of heavy rain no leaks on the roof, no electrical problems (happened to my friend with another solar company). Big crew arrived and completed the whole installation of 23x 390W JA Solar panels (my choice) in half a day - including hybrid inverter and connection to the grid (and taking my old panels off the roof). No more extra appointment for the L2 electrician as they got their own. No messing around, what was agreed was delivered, very professional. I will be recommending them to my friends.

Edited:22 April 2022Buyer beware - this is an unlicensed outfit: Since having the solar system installed, we have discovered that there are multiple leaks in our house and our neighbour who also installed solar through Synergy has even worse leaks - which means broken (and thereafter siliconned) tiles. Written into our contact was a clause which stated that broken tiles would be replaced. On the day, the electricians who attended our job could be likened to 'bulls in a china shop'. They filled our bins with all the packaging from the solar panels without asking and left empty V cans in our gutters. We have tried multiple times to contact synergy with no response and subsequently have tried to go to fair trading who can do nothing because they are unlicensed. Our next steps are to go to NCAT. I would be happy to speak with Nathan or someone from Synergy about resolving this issue and potentially amend my review.--I thought the service was great. Dealing with Nathan who was accessible and willing to explain things was really helpful. Because my neighbour and I were installing solar panels, and therefore two separate individual clients, determine individual needs and budgets. Otherwise, the installers were great and knowledgeable, the installation went well. I'm just waiting on connection now and then looking forward to winning with green energy.

Recently had a system installed by Synergy Solar. The whole process was very transparent and easy. Nathan helped to customise the system for our roof and provide the best deal. Glad we went with Synergy for how quick, easy and painless they made the whole thing. So far happy with the performance of the system and only time will tell how it goes.
