Carlingford Court Medical Centre

I have been visited this medical centre before and overall my experience was good. This time, Dr Karim saw my son, he is easy to talk, experienced and excellent listener. I definitely recommend Dr Karim.

Doctor was not helpful at all. I asked for his help to assess me for my disability parking permit post knee surgery. He said he was uncomfortable helping me because he didn't know who I was (even though I brought all of my surgery documentation for him and been on their medical records since the age of 5). Seemed like he just wanted to swipe my card, brush me out of the door so he could go home early.

My experience with Dr Habib was incredibly distressing. Called because I have covid and wanted antivirals due to a pre-existing condition of reactive airways disease, he told me it was too expensive for me and to just call an ambulance if my lips turn blue before hanging up on me

Dr Steve Lok is horrible! He has really bad attitude and remember to bring your COVID negative test results to him. If you do the test yourself, remember take a photo. For me, we did test at home the day before and results are negative, just didn’t take the photo. He kept saying “take COVID test next time or go home YOU KNOW”. No matter what symptoms you tell him, he will remind you that impatiently again and again and again. It feels like someone really want to kick you out. Worst GP I have ever met.BTW, if you really care about COVID test results, at least post something on your website or post on somewhere in clinic to let customers know. And hope the clinic know that taking PCR requires referral now.

Was grateful this medical centre was open on a sunday.The whole process of booking online, filling in new patient form online was super easy.The nurse was very attentive and dr was thorough in examining my sons cut

Not very happy with this latest experience. The receptionists moved my appointment from 1.30pm to 5.15pm without notice. I requested the doctor to see me at my original time and waited until 14.15 pm to be able to see her. The doctor ended up in such a hurry to check my conditions. Plus I need to pay the extra gap fee which I feel not worth it.If I have other option I will go to other clinic.

The front desk staff at medical centre seemed to be very proactive and helpful trying their best to give a good customer service regardless of the busy environment. The patients get a warm welcome and offer seating while they wait for doctors.They are happy to print the medical reports once been requested and so forth.This is an overall good and combined team effort.

Dr Stephanie Weinrauch has been my GP for over 10 years. During the past 10 years, I received good health care advice and support from her. She is very professional and take time to listen to my concerns. She always comes up with good explanation to my queries and makes sure I am being looked after not only by herself but also other allied health care workers. Moreover, she is very respectful to anyone. Therefore, I highly recommend her to anyone who needs a caring doctor.

Very nice staff and apologised for delays. The doctor was very good and asked questions that made me feel as though he knew his profession, which I haven't always sensed. An overall pleasant experience.
