Be very careful purchasing from this company. Recently purchased Shiseido sun protection lotion, when I got home I noticed that it had a very short expiry date (7 months). I rang them to see what could be done, exchanged or returned, the reply was nothing as the product hadn't expired and therefore no refund would offered. Please check all expiry dates in this store, before purchasing.

The customer service provided by Helen was great. She is extremely knowledgeable.As a male buying a mother's day present in a cosmetic store, I'm clueless. She was extremely patient and helpful.My complaint to Shiseido is, after purchasing over $300 worth of Shiseido products, Shiseido has the audacity to charge for a paper bag (it's a paper bag, don't give me environmental excuses, even if it's a plastic bag, I just spent $300). If that is your policy, that is pathetic!Helen did eventually said I won't charge you for the paper bag, however, the bag seemed used and wrinkled.I appreciated her help, but making it look like she did me a favor for not charging for a paper bag then gave me a wrinkled paper bag. Not happy.If that's a policy, that's a joke.
