I am a visitor to the area from overseas and needed some emergency dental work. Dr. Lai and her staff managed to fit me in quickly and solved my problem. First rate all around, very impressed.

Hi I’d like to share my Great experience being treated by Cindy a very experienced, practical and compassionate dentist., a true Professional.My temporary urgent issue was attempted at East Gosford and lasted for two hours…..Upon my return to Batemans Bay I rang and received an appointment at 6pm on the same day. I received successful treatment, clearly explained the way forward and given honest advice.Thank you to the whole TEAM.

My husband broke a molar on 22/12 and rang around for an appointment. Dr. Lai saw him at 6pm that day. He can only describe his experience as horrific. She decided to extract the tooth and 2hrs and 25mins later he got out of the chair. The stitches broke after 18hours and he rang the surgery to be told to have a merry xmas ((recording). Three courses of antibiotics and a trip to moruya hospital and ice packs on his Jawall night. He saw a dentist in sydney early January who was horrified. Don't go to this dentist. Go to another town or state.

I have seen Dr Cindy Lai on 2 different occasions with pain and have had to get wisdom teeth removed, which is something I always feared having done. She is so professional and kind and made sure that I was comfortable and entirely pain free throughout the entire procedure. She also provided me with thorough post-procedure advice.I highly recommend her dental practice.

I had an emergency and I was able to get into Cindy within hours. Her and jasmine the dental assistant were just lovely for me as I have a shocking phobia of dentists! Called up in the morning for a filling appointment later that day turned up had Dr Bruce Nichols work on my tooth and was one of the best dental experiences I've ever had. Very professional very fast and well priced

Done root canal on my wife's tooth twice and still missed by 2mm!? not to mention other poor quality work by her. Wife now has over 20 fillings! Absolutely destroyed my wife's teeth has cost us thousand$ and years and years to fix her bad work. Been to other dentists and they can't believe what she has done! Terrible dentist. Over priced. Be aware!
