Over the Easter long weekend Logan single-handedly installed a ducted heating and cooling system in my home, including cutting in 12 new registers as all my existing registers were in the wrong spots. Logan arrived to site on time each morning, worked quickly and efficiently and didn’t stop until it was dark each night.The system Logan installed has exceeded all my expectations. I have used the system on all four modes it offers and each have worked fantastically. The mobile app the system comes with is also really handy, so I don’t have to be constantly going back to the control panel to make adjustments.I could not recommend Logan and Air Conditioning Canberra more, I will specifically request Logan for any and all future work because he was just a delight to have in my home.

I've waited 5 months to give my review. The guys did a very clean and quality installation compared to another split system I had installed by another bunch. Admittedly the install wasn't easy because of the amount of corrugated sheeting I have on my house. They were professional, on time and put up with my many requests for adjustments and requotes. I'm quite a picky customer when it comes to my home and these guys ticked all the boxes. I would not hesitate to call them again.

We had our first servicing in our new apartment for the heating and cooling system done by this company and will use them for all future servicing. The technician was punctual, courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. The cost was also fair.

They were very professional and competent and even made friends with the dog. The service cost was very reasonably priced as was the later on repair to our system. I had the pleasure of having employees of AirConditioning Canberra, Matt and Brenton come out to fix some of the issues I was having with my evaporative cooler. They were polite, attentive and cared about what they were doing. Matt, in particular was really helpful in communicating what the issues were and also what to look out for and provided general, helpful advice. It is so rare to come across tradespeople that are responsive, good at communicating and nothing seemed like a problem. I was very impressed with the technician that repaired and serviced our system.He was polite, professional and punctual.He explained what he had done and responded easily to my questions.We have not required service of our A/C prior to this and the first two companies I contacted, whilst promising the world did not turn up at an arranged appointment or bother to get back to us or advise us they would not be coming.Airconditioning Canberra were professional from the very start. From my initial call they instilled the confidence I needed that they would attend and do the job.

Harry and the team were great from quote to install. He was knowledgeable, happy to help and offer alternative options. The installation was quick and units placed exactly as I wanted. They left the place tidy and Daikin units working very well, would use these guys again.

Very efficient and helpful when the RC/AC would not work. The serviceman was able to relay the technical issues to the warranty company who arrived with the correct parts and got the system going again within 2 days. I believe we would not have had heating for a week without them.

Airconditioning Canberra recently installed a new ducted reverse cycle system in my house. They also removed my old gas heater. I was impressed with the whole process from my initial conversation (in person at their store in Mitchell), consultation, installation and a follow-up query I had after the install. All the staff were very polite and well informed.On installation day the crew all arrived on time and went about their work quickly and professionally (while also respecting my personal space). The work created a lot of mess and dust, which they thoroughly cleaned before they left. I have recommended this company to my friends
