Shane has done an excellent job managing my property. He has a great deal of experience and deals with the many ongoing issues with the tenants, strata and repairs etc, without any fuss or need for me to get involved.I also rent my house through Shane and he is always prompt and friendly dealing with any requests I have made, such as repairs.I would happily recommend Shane to anyone seeking a real estate agent as a landlord or tenant.

As to why a one star, this comes from the perspective of a tenant and even as a home owner which I am, I would not use his services. The stories! As you can see his comments are personal. I give honest reviews based on my experience. Good luck to you Shane, feel free to use his service and judge for your self. Hope he learns how to improve his business and himself. If you have been a past tenant of one of Shane's managed properties and your experience was negative, just like this review.

From my experience in the last few years as a renter, I could only highly recommend Shane .If any occasional issues arise it is great to have peace of mind that he will sort it out promptly and efficiently. Shane has been approachable and professional throughout the entire rental process, which is greatly appreciated. Can't give him enough star's because he is one.

Shane Spence Real Estate agency is excellent. Shane is always quick to respond to requests and very thorough. He has a good team of tradesmen and is able to get things done in a very timely manner. He is knowledgeable on rental board and council requirements. He provides landlords with any new information that may affect their rental properties and is able to answer all sorts of questions. There is something to be said in using a small agency which gives customer service.
