We had Metro Air remove our old evaporative system and install an 8-zone ducted reverse cycle system. Joe and his teams service and professionalism were top-notch from beginning to end.We were quoted several different systems with calculations to show that each unit would service our place correctly. Joe took the time to answer my many questions about each unit to ensure I had the best solution in place.With a full team of trades people on hand the installation was very smooth and all rubbish from the old system was removed. Patching of the old duct locations in the roof was done to a high standard and it is like it was never there.After installation Joe took the time to personally run through the ins-and-outs of the system to ensure that it was operating correctly and also so I knew how to run it in the most efficient manner possible.At all times Joe and his team arrived exactly when they said they would and communicated the process to me effectively.The system itself is operating perfectly and we are left very happy.

Joe and his team were friendly , professional, and keen to help and go above and beyond to meet our needs. When he heard my father in law had no heating at all, he immediately got a team together and got the job done in record time. He was so good to my father in law. We were so impressed that we asked Joe to do our own home as my father was staying and feeling the cold. Joe and his team are so good and caring with the elderly. I can’t recommend them enough. Our 22yo a/c was malfunctioning. Joe kept it going until the new one was installed.Communication was great.He and his team worked beautifully - with no inconvenience to us.Sorted out the drainage pipes so that they emptied onto the garden and not the concrete (a long term problem).The areas inside and out were left in better condition than before this new installation.His team tested out and explained how the system operates and maintenance required before leaving.Highly recommended
