Holiday Property Service
Have been using HPS for about a year. Quality of cleaning is poor at best, I've seen hairs and stuff in bathrooms, tables covered in dust, after they supposedly cleaned when I've inspected and multiple guests have made complaints about the cleaning standard. I have relayed this feedback on but with no discernable difference. On three separate occasions they simply failed to show up to booked and confirmed changeover cleans with guests arriving to dirty apartments and, no sheets or towels. On the final occasion (2 days ago) they never even bothered to offer an explanation. Simply turned off the phone, bounced calls, and refused to respond to txts. Have no choice but to fire them. Woeful company.

Great leadership in the company giving us the peace of mind that the job will be completed at a professional level, they do pre guest checks on the cleans also, bringing that next level service & quality.the service is unmatched with no last-minute request being too much. They provided great cleaning and linen service for my two air bnb properties on the Gold Coast for over five years . Their service was excellent - i was particularly impressed with their responsiveness and organisation - it meant I didn’t ever have to worry about whether the cleaner was coming -it all happens like clockwork. The only reason I stopped using their services was because I decided to long term rent my properties - if I return to the short term rental market I will definitely use them again . Highly recommended .
