BTP Early Learning Centre

BTP offer an exceptional level of service. They have an extremely high level of professionalism, the centre is clean and beautifully maintained, their parent engagement is beyond measure and the staff are absolutely wonderful with the children.

We love sending our daughter to Btp Early Learning. She has so much fun in all the activities and eating all the yummy food they provide. We love the app they use as we can check it throughout the day with live updates of meals, nappy changes and nap times. Our daughter also has a medical condition and Tanya the centre manager has gone above and beyond for her needs to be met.

I sent my baby girl to this childcare service for about 6 weeks from June to mid July 2021. During this short period of time I had 3 separate incidents, 2 of which are formal complaints to the Department of Education.The first issue I had was related to payment. Their system didn't credit me the CCS amount I paid upfront for the first week even though they have recieved the CCS for the week. I had to email them to have it rectified.The second incident was their misleading email to all parents saying they only opened for children of essential worker" parents during lockdown. This contradicted the government guidelines and when I emailed them to ask where they got the rule from

My daughter start going to BTP in March 2021 which is not long after they open. I like their room setting, playground, friendly staffs and everything are new. Most importantly is all educator who taken care of her since the beginning to now are professional, patience and nice. I also enjoy each event the center host like Christmas, we took our Santa Claus family photo there in the last 2 X'mas.Last year the center also started to add a soccer coaching section on every Friday for her class and I aware that other kids at different class have it on different day of the week which doesn't request additional fee.We can also check on the apps to see daily info such as menu, toileting, sleep times, photo & video of my kids. If there is any incident occur, center would give us a call right away. Details would be all written up on the iPad when we sign out of the day.I am highly recommend this place!!!

My daughter loves Btp so much! I love reading about her say and seeing the picture updates every day seeing how much she is learning and growing. My daughter loves the delicious food they provide she always has multiple servings. Really love this centre couldn’t recommend them enough.

This is a beautiful centre with wonderful staff. They go ABOVE and BEYOND. The educators really put in a lot of effort to build connections with the children and I hear daily updates on how my childs day was and what she was up to. They go through a lot of trouble to make things easier for families. They listen to, value and implement suggestions. It feels like a family away from home. Its also love to see the owners around. They get to know the children personally and make a positive contribution to the centre and the atmosphere.

Lovely place, lovely people. New building, clean and safe environment. My daughter is in the shark room and thank all staffs in BTP who make my daughter's first week of school not as hard as I thought. Strongly recommend parents who live close by sending your little ones here. They will be in good hands as the educators promised. :)
